Salmon platter? I’ll take it. This whole week I’ve tried to make healthy choices since I didn’t meal prep and have been on the go. This salmon platter was tasty and seemed like a good pick for my overall diet. The Urban Bean has lots and lots of great options...healthy and not so healthy. The choice is all yours! I must admit, I had a hard time walking away from the fancy donuts that were screaming my name. Donuts are kind of like cheesecake for me though. They look delicious but I’m not much of a fan. Taking @klaire_labs probiotic Target B2 which supports breastfeeding. I don’t think I’d feel any different right away, and I’m not going to go all TMI on you but I feel great and this is the only recent change that I’ve made (and stuck to lol). We just got @myserenitykids in the mail! This makes me feel so much better about have something quick and easy in the diaper bag when we are on the go or at day care. It’s nearly impossible to find good store bought protein sources. The amount of sugar alone I see in some of the mixtures is crazy. Thanks for doing the work so I don’t have to! 👌
The YMCA has a new mommy promo and we took full advantage! I have been sore all week and it actually feels great. Trying to tone up and get strong. My muscles and abs in particular are so weak. I started @whitneyjohns #fitwithwhit program and app and love it. Is there a program you’re doing and love? It’s fun to change it up sometimes. 2 years ago it was all beach body for me, but everything that went with it it too expensive to maintain. I’m loving the change!
Roasted veggies are my favorite & so easy!! I modified a Pioneer Woman recipe by adding some of my favorite veggies! Perfect side dish with lots of different flavors!
